Eleanor Hertzel has always brought home the wrong kind of boyfriends. Generally, they are tattooed, high, unemployed, and have piercings in odd places. This christmas, however, appears to be a bit different. She’s introducing Ike to her parents. And they’re engaged.

Ike appears to be very different from her previous boyfriends, with a college degree, a collared shirt, and zero visible piercings.

However, as Chase, Eleanor’s brother, discovers, while Ike is different from Eleanor’s previous boyfriends, it’s not in the ways their parents thought.

Ike is quite like Eleanor’s previous boyfriends in the ways that matter to Mr. and Mrs. Hertzel - apparently, when Eleanor said she met Ike at a “party with some mutual friends” she actually meant a “rave where I was so high everyone was my friend” - what matters to Chase is that Ike isn’t even human.

Gifted with the ability to identify and kill demons, Chase has been slaying flesh-eating monsters since before high school. Needless to say, he’s not happy with the idea that there might soon be a demon in the family.

Updates.... maybe?

Contest

I mentioned I did some more pages for the comic, so I would have a complete sequence to submit for a contest?

Well, if anyone out there is reading this, it did spectacularly. Going on to nationals.

Link Exchanges

Soo, I've been asked about a link exchange..... so, I'll just repeat what I said before:
"I'll have to pass on exchanging links. As you can see, I don't really have a links page up as of yet, and I'm trying to wait until I've better established this comic and its direction to look at alternative publicity methods."

What that MEANS is that I want to have more pages up before I think about exchanging links. Basically.
Also, I don't have my links page up yet.

...And originally, I actually intended my links page to be used to link to where I get my fonts, my deviantart page, etc...
........So once I get everything else sorted, I'll talk about this.

I had thought I would be able to get more frequent updates going soon, but that looks unlikely right now. Sunday updates guaranteed though :D

I threw together a layout. It has some major errors, but it's passable for now, right?

More frequent updates

Hello all ("all" being the wonderful two people who have read and commented on the single page I posted ^^;;). After the 22nd, updates will be more plentiful. I'm not sure what sort of schedule I'll have, but definitely more than once a week.

Anyways, just thought I'd share that.
